Delivery Costs

Below is a Dispatch and Delivery Guide to ensure your order arrives on time.

Jan’s Hampers have several delivery options available to our customers. Please find details of the options available below.

• Free Collection is available from 16 North Down Gardens, Plymouth, PL2 2AW to all customers.
• Same Day Delivery in Plymouth Area if ordered before 2pm. £4.50.
• 3-5 Day Delivery on UK Mainland: £5.00.

The delivery dates are for mainland UK addresses and should be used as a guide . For some parts of Scotland, Highlands and Off UK Mainland orders please add an extra 1-2 working days.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If on the rare event you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are happy to refund most goods provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt complete, unused and in their original packaging. Our returns policy does not apply to some goods that are personalised or goods which have been opened and goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they are unsealed after delivery.

Refunds are for the item purchased only. We do NOT refund any postage cost for return of goods, or the initial cost of shipping. Return postage costs is your responsibility.

We strongly recommend that when returning items you get proof of postage just in case items go missing and this will help you track your returned items. Once the items have been returned the items will be refunded back on to your card or to your Paypal account. An email will be sent to the email address provided to confirm the refund amount.
